Questions about pricing and plans
No. You can start your 30-day free trial with just your email address and business details. We do not ask for payment information until the end of your trial period. If you decide not to continue, your account closes automatically at no charge.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, so you keep your current features for the remainder of the paid period.
The prices on this page are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate will be added at checkout. Prolo Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. A VAT receipt is provided for every payment and is available in your billing history.
You will receive an in-app notification when you approach your monthly limit. Once the limit is reached, you can upgrade to Contractor for immediate access to unlimited requests. Your request count resets on the first day of each billing month.
Annual billing gives a 15% discount compared to monthly on all plans. For multi-entity or framework contract arrangements, please contact us to discuss whether a custom arrangement is suitable. Our standard Business plan covers most regional contractors without needing anything bespoke.
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. On a monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you retain access until then. On an annual plan, cancellation stops renewal at the end of your annual term. We do not offer refunds for unused periods of a subscription already paid, but we never charge you without notice.
